shipping policy

We want to keep it as smooth as possible for you, so we offer:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 in New Zealand.

  • For all orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $5 (for NZ deliveries)

  • We ship internationally. All our international delivery costs are determined by destination. 

  • For Australian and international orders, the cost will be added at checkout. Various delivery times apply depending on location.

  • All New Zealand orders are shipped with ARAMEX / FASTWAY couriers. Which is a 2 day service to the North Island and overnight to the South Island. Please allow up to 2 extra days for rural deliveries

  • In the case of damage to the goods, we need notice of any claim, giving full particulars of any alleged damage or destruction, to be received by us within seven (7) days after the delivery of goods.

  • In the case of loss of the goods you must get in contact within thirty (30) days of the date of despatch.

  COVID-19 UPDATE: International orders have been delayed. As of 30 Aug 2020, Australian orders are about 30 days behind. We recommend that you use the tracked shipping options for international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if not, here’s what to do.
You may return the item for a refund or exchange in it's original (unwashed, unworn and unused) condition, along with the original receipt within 14 days. Please do not remove swing tags.

Simply contact us with your problem, then send your item back with the original receipt. 

Once the product is received we'll check it to make sure it hasn't been worn and the tags are still in place. Then we'll process your request. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds or exchanges on sale goods. 

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item please get in touch below. We do not replace or refund items damaged by improper laundering. Please follow the care label instructions when washing.
Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
